We rented it from Mar 25 to April 1, Unit 105.
From March 27, PM, to April 1, AM, there was no hot water, with the exception of a few hours on Tuesday morning. We repeatedly complained to the management. We were told that there was a plumbing problem, and they were working on it. There were no plumbers, that we can tell, in the building except those working on a problem with the pool. Low and behold, the water started to get hot early Saturday, April 1. The lower floors had low occupancy during the week, so it appears the management turned off the hot water to save costs.
My wife has limited mobility and the lack of hot water was terribly inconvenient, not to say a health hazard.
We have traveled extensively around the world and this was one of our worst experiences.
