It is a budget option so expectations is accordingly. The room has a balcony with a beach view so it is nice. Cleaning is average. You can see housekeeping missed a few spots. Coffee maker didn’t work. Front desk said just use hot water. For what I paid for and the location, it is a good choice.

The property needs serious renovation. The room was not clean and had spider webs and crushed bugs on the wall. The air conditioner was not functioning and there was blood and hair on the sheets. The price was good and location was great but definitely not worth it. Will not book again.

It was great to be able to walk out my door and be on the beach. My dog loved it and she didnt want to settle down and sleep She wanted out to explore and she did a lot of that.The staff was very friendly and I recommend this motel for your next visit.I plan to come back again before Christmas

When I made the reservation, I checked the block yes for pets. I was absolutely shocked when I arrived and their petty was $60 per night crazy. But even more disappointing with the roaches in the room. We saw and killed, perhaps a dozen total. I will say when I ask for the refund to check out and cancel the second night that happened without any pushback from the manager. I would never stay at this motel again.

I can accept old and run down if it's clean. Rooms and linens were clean. Bed was comfy. I would not stay longer than a few days though. Definitely a budget facility. Loved the location. No elevator for anyone with walking issues. We did fine on 2 and floor.

First let me say the location was great and the price was like half of area hotels but you get what you pay for. When we got there there were no towels and we noticed refrigerator didn’t seem very cool but we did unload our cooler. Although the pictures in the advertisements look updated with flowers and lovely, they must have been very old. The carpet was dirty, the tub was old and stained. You could tell it had been updated at one point but in need of it again The outside door did not seem very secure but did lock permanently from outside. The landscaping on the boardwalk was overgrown and unkempt. The next day we did not have soap and I went to front desk and they were closed, not a good sign. The office staff were great though. When we got there it was cold in our room and would only blow cold air, the heat would not turn on. We were told that it was a heat pump and they hadn’t turned on heat yet. We were given an electric heater. Oh the bedding wasn’t the greatest, old thin blanket that was tattered and nappy and only 3 small flat pillows on a king size bed. Some of the towels seemed stained. The mattress cover was more of an old mattress pad. Amazingly I slept like a baby. Will I stay here again, probably not. This is an old hotel and only 3 floors so no elevator, they are pet friendly I believe. I hate to give bad reviews and feel like so many things could upgrade this stay. The room was very dirty . Duvet had stains , carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Exhaust fan was covered in dust . Outside patio had cigarett piled up and a pair of men’s underwear in the patio shrubs .

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for years, we love the location and the rooms are all ocean front. It is a shame it has been sold. The new owners have let the property go. The room was not clean, it is run down, the furniture is falling apart. They no longer offer breakfast or coffee in the morning and they no longer have the bikes for guests to ride on the boardwalk. So disappointing. We will not stay again.
