This large, spacious modern beach home located in upscale subdivision area, Croatan Beach Area, is the perfect getaway for all- families, couples, and large groups celebrating special events such as family reunions. Only a few feet away from Croatan Beach, the nicest beach in Virginia Beach area, within 5 min drive to Convention Center, VA Beach Boardwalk (1.5 miles) , water park, Aquarium, Adventure Park (1 mile), etc. Full of fun and necessary amenities (two full size refrigerators and dishwashers in the kitchen and also a large table to sit 12-14 people to accommodate large group), this truly is your home away from home. With clean landscaping and a bright, modern decorated interior, this home feels like a home rather than a static and uninviting hotel room.

Perfect Family Home
This property was perfect for our large family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living area is large and open, leading out to the porch. We enjoyed the downstairs game room with pool table and ping pong. Just a walk across the street to the beach. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again.

Croatan Beach house
Beautifully appointed house, great location, super clean & lots of extra items in house from kitchen items, beach needs, and entertainment. I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO’s and this property exceeded all others i’ve stayed in. It’s a real gem for many, many reasons.

Perfect Stay
This home checks all the boxes for a large family vacation - plenty of room, great outdoor spaces, clean, and the owner’s attention to detail takes it up yet another notch. Family vacation
We arrived at Claudia's place for a multi generational trip to find a very clean house. It was SO close to the beach were able to go back a bad forth without any trouble. That's pretty important with a lot of little kids. I would recommend any family to stay here.

Wedding weekend
We enjoyed our stay for the wedding of our son in VB. The house is so spacious and has everything! Our family was able to relax, enjoy the festivities and get time on the beach. Highly recommend for a large group. Great communication with host. Thanks for making the weekend special!

Great house for families!
This house was perfect for our extended family get together. Plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out with a short walk to the beach across the street. Kitchen had everything you need for meals (2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers in kitchen). Would definitely recommend this house!

Great Rental
We enjoyed our week at the vacation home! Everything was as specified and we had plenty of space. Small things were appreciated like hand soap in the bathrooms, soap and cleaning supplies in the kitchen and even the umbrellas by the front door. Check in was easy and we were able to get into the house a little bit early. A favorite of everyone’s was sitting on the front porch enjoying the sea breeze. The pool was a big bonus and was perfect for our group. The path to the beach was just two houses down and a short walk along the path. Communication was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful visit thanks to Claudia — the house was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a fun girls’ getaway weekend. This location is absolutely perfect! The walk to the beach is so close and the beach isn’t busy at all. The house has everything you need and is so clean. The owners were amazing to work with and so helpful! Some of our favorite local spot to eat during our visit were Bee and the Biscuit and Oscars Oceanside! Book this house, enjoy the food, beach, and local food!

Me and my family have been staying at different locations for years. Bethany Beach, Virginia Beach and Fenwick Island. This by far was the most enjoyable vacation house by far. Cleaniness, great kitchen, big rooms and a great owner. HIghly recomment this house for you and your family!

Fantastic family beach house
We absolutely loved staying in this home for a family get-together. The house is huge and comfortable with plenty of beds and baths for all, and all of the amenities and conveniences we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the ocean from the veranda, and to access the beach just across the street. Croatan is a quiet, private little neighborhood tucked away but convenient to the restaurants at the south end. We would absolutely stay here again.
