Lakefront home with huge deck over the water. This amazing 4 bedroom 3 bath Lakefront home went through a freshly $200K update. The fine finishes are evident throughout. 1 mile from the interstate and minutes from the beach or Town Center make this location ideal. This house isn't missing anything. Beautiful screened in porch for enjoying the lake views. At night, the landscape lighting in the front and back gives an elegant touch. There's no doubt you'll wish you could stay longer and save this home to come back to. Close enough to enjoy the beach and you'll appreciate the quite relaxing lake when it's time to wind down and make memories with the family. There's a large park directly across the street for the kids to play as well.

Beautiful Lakeside Home
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside property. It was very spacious and the perfect fit for our family. The house was in close proximity to the interstate and the mall. The host was responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this beautiful home again.

Family Fun On The Lake
Our family had an amazing time in this home. It worked for our large family. Rod was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The large backyard oasis was the highlight. The deck over the lake was a huge bonus. Kids played in the lake EVERYDAY.

Beautiful lakefront house with covered grilling and seating area right off the lake. The house was spacious and beautiful furniture. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the house and would definitely stay again! Rod was a great host!

Host was wonderful.. we booked this home in November however we had death in family.. he allowed us to give us another date.. he was very nice and home is beautiful.. we will book this location again and recommend it ti others.. location is great everything is close restaurant and shopping however we didn’t go out we just cooked and relaxed..

Fantastic Stay
Stayed at this property during the National Duals at the VA Beach Sports center and could not have had a more enjoyable experience! The property was gorgeous and located fairly centrally to all major points in the city. Communication with the host was open, kind, and productive! This was a great experience and I would recommend this property to a friend!

Our host Rod was very welcoming and hospitable. He answered any questions quickly and was most gracious to us. We were in town to visit our military son, it was a perfect home to rent, everything is nearby! The home is lovely! We will gladly rent Rod’s home again if in the area.

Great house, great location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. As a group of 4 adult women, it was comfortable and had basically everything we needed. The full master suite downstairs was nice for our elderly guest since the stairs to the other 3 bedrooms would have been hard for her. The location is close to everything, yet the neighborhood was quiet. The screened porch was lovely in the mornings and in the evenings and we spent a lot of time there. And watching the geese from the dock was sweet. The host was responsive and kind, so thank you! We will definitely stay here again.

Executive Stay
My business partner, and I met in Virginia Beach for a new business acquisition. We stayed at this property, and the host was excellent at communication and even showed interest in what we were doing there. I love entrepreneurship and the true Vrbo that gives a great experience is an entrepreneurial owner. Not a house, lender! Will definitely stay here again with my ownership group when the time arises

Relaxing spacious house and patio on the Lake
The backyard with patio and deck abutting the lake was perfect for our family to get together and visit. Mornings especially were nice for coffee when weather was nice and the morning lake wildlife provided entertainment with a soundtrack. Ducks, Canadian geese, turtles, birds, nutrias and jumping fish.

The house was just as pictured. Everything was clean and the linens were fresh. There is a screened in porch, an open patio, and a small deck/bar right on the water ( a small lake). The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The bedrooms and living areas are spacious. We had 6 adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The check in/out process is easy and the host is very responsive to messages. I would book this house again if I return to the area.

Golden Maple was appropriate!
From starting point of contact of Mr Hobbs was very polite and welcoming. The House was very easily located and totally immaculate condition, so much bigger and luxurious than we imagined from the pictures. Full of the best updates and surprises actually, plenty of stuff around the house we could do for the first rain day we had in VA Beach. The house was something of our dream house you could say. Communication with Mr Hobbs throughout the days we were there was easy and I'm certain that if anything was wrong or out of place he would have corrected it immediately. I'll be saving this destination and contact for future endeavors for sure. Thank you again for the family vacation that we all needed!!
