There was some stains on the bedding and the room had a musty smell. The staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. It got noisy due to the events which was expected because our room was overlooking the lobby. Had to keep window curtains closed because you can see in easily.

No charging station or available outlets in the room. Housekeeping would never replace all the towels and washcloths. We had to call the front desk every evening. The bathroom lighting was too dim to use the mirror. There was never enough parking.

Had a horrible experience. Room smelled like smoke. Cops were beating on the door at 4am. Room was cheap but I would rather pay for a nicer hotel to not have to deal with no rest and rude staff.

This is not your typical Holiday Inn. If you don't care about a nice free breakfast, a clean room, and attention to detail then this is the place for you! Our room appeared clean, but didn't smell clean. Then, after we unpacked, we noticed the bathroom counter was visibly dirty, the shower curtain was filthy, there was no hair dryer, one single bar of soap, no bath mat, and not enough towels for everyone. There is also no safe in the room. That being said, when this was brought up to the front desk the next morning they promptly cleaned the room very thoroughly. Still, I wouldn't choose this place again.

They advertised the pool and it was not open for Memorial day weekend. The hotel seemed understaffed. The sheets were dirty and not cleaned. There were stains on the sheets. The shower curtain was moldy. The only positive experience we had was the friendliness of the staff and how nice the hotel actually looked. This hotel can do better.
