Welcome to your five-bedroom ocean-view retreat, just one street back from the captivating waves and steps away from residential Croatan beach access. This open and bright home spans three floors, providing a perfect getaway for your vacation. Spend leisurely hours outdoors on one of the three decks, each offering a stunning ocean view. The large pool, surrounded by a spacious patio and enclosed in a white fence, creates an ideal setting for entertaining.

The spacious and open kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and an abundance of cooking and serving items, ensures enjoyable and easy meal preparation. A generous dining room invites shared meals, and with two gas grills—one poolside and the other on the third level near the kitchen—outdoor cooking becomes a breeze. This home is laden with amenities that will make you feel at home away from home.

On the first floor, discover two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds (three twins and one queen) and a sleeper sofa. The second floor features two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. Lastly, a fourth-floor "escape" room with a large deck and a fantastic view can serve as an office or an additional guest bedroom.

Access a large garage filled with various beach items for your enjoyment during your stay. The house boasts eight flat-screen TVs, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books, and more, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

City health regulations stipulate an occupancy limit of three persons per bedroom, emphasizing the flexibility of bedding configurations for optimal sleeping arrangements.

The linens are included, with fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, along with a towel set for each guest—comprising one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.

Rest easy knowing that EPA certified cleaning products are utilized during the provided cleaning service.

Parking is convenient with space for up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

House Rules with a Twist!

No Smoking, violations will be $500.
No pets, violations will be $200 per pet brought on property.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we can't accept your furry friends at this time.

Trash Policy: Trash day is early Tuesday mornings, please be sure to place all of your trash in the trash cans. We will make sure they are brought to the curb.

Please recycle the following items:
1. Paper: Clean newspapers, broken-down cardboard boxes (clean, dry, and unwaxed), chipboard (like cereal boxes), unwanted mail (including catalogs and magazines), telephone books, and paper grocery bags.
2. Glass: Clear, green, and brown bottles and jars (remove and discard lids).
3. Plastic: Only bottles with a neck and spout (remove and discard lids).
4. Metals: Aluminum and steel/tin food and beverage cans (pour or wipe out cans).
5. Place recyclables loosely in your container. Town-home residents may place additional recyclables in paper bags next to their container.

Do not recycle: Household garbage, waxed cardboard, juice boxes, milk cartons, food containers, yard waste, plastic bags, plastic toys, plastic pools, motor oil containers, ceramic or ovenware dishes, bottle caps, Styrofoam, or packing peanuts.

Laundry: There is free laundry available in the home

Parking Info: Please park only 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway.
