Great place
The room is very cozy...small but had everything we needed. Neighborhood felt safe...it was quiet...and very close to nice beach. Wed stay thete again.

Excelente place to stay
Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Only at four minutes walking to get to the beach which is excellent for children. 100% recommended. We enjoyed it.

Great location!
We arrived a few hrs early and was permitted to check in. The host was so nice and quick to respond. Location was GREAT, so close to the beach. Unlike VA Beach, this beach was not crowded at all. We had the best time, we will be back!!

Pleasingly Pleasant
Very clean and maintained property!! The appliances are all brand new and state of art!! My 4 legged son enjoyed his stay as well especially being so close to his beach walks!! Make sure you obey dog beach laws!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Great location near the beach and restaurants
It was 3 of us staying for 4 nights. Nice open layout with full kitchen and laundry in the bathroom. Quenn size bed with a quenn size pullout sofa. About a 5 minute walk do Chicks beach. Would stay again and can’t wait for our next trip!!

Cozy little apartment.
It was super clean and organized, I think in person it’s even better than pictured or described. It’s in a peaceful, quiet little corner and right across the street from the beach. If given the chance I would absolutely book this place again. 10/10

Fabulous getaway
The property owner felt like a longtime friend by the time our weekend was over. Super nice & welcoming. The place was perfect for what we needed. The shower was a little small but thats just bc we needed more. Its perfect for a small family stay. Thank you for allowing us to be there. You are awesome!

Work stay
I was in the area for work and was tired of paying for hotels without necessary amenities for an extended stay. This place was super easy to check into and when I did check in it was super clean and the perfect size for my fiancée and I. Definitely good for two people who want to be close to the beach and have a cozy spot to stay. The only one issue for me was that you can hear every footstep from the renters in the unit upstairs which can get annoying but overall I’d stay here again!

The pictures don't do this property justice. It's awesome. There are wonderful touches that make this cozy property a stand out including feather comforters, nice sheets, a fantastic full kitchen and owner provided laundry detergent. The owner has thought of everything (except a hair dryer- I forgot mine LOL) and we will make this our go to rental from now on. Thank you, Svetlin!

Great getaway
I love that the apartment was renovated and everything was new and modern. Huge TV, great appliances (except the fridge, which was efficient), Dyson vacuum cleaner. Everything was supplied - from toilet paper and towels, to plates, pots and pans. Just bring your own toothbrush and swimsuit, and you're good to go. The fact that the beach is really close is great, and it's a bonus for me that it's not the main one. I prefer less crowded places, especially nowadays. The host is quick to respond to questions and queries. Overall a great place for a couple of people. My son and I enjoyed it for a week and had a great time. Highly recommend!

Uncrowded beach and calm waves
I stayed at this first floor condo over the Labor day weekend with my husband and pup. The beach is (turn right as you leave) is about a 2 min walk. However, then you have another 5-7 min walk down the path till you put your umbrella up and chair down. Chic's beach is not crowded and the bay waters are calm. The location can't be beat as you are within walking distance (a mile or less) to several terrific bars and restaurants so no car is needed while you get your steps in. The condo was clean and one of the most full stocked places I have ever stayed at. Plenty of towels, laundry detergent, linens, paper products, plates, silverware, glassware,pots, pans, etc. And having a washer and dryer is huge bonus. All the appliances are stainless steel and new. The shower is a bit tight and you can't move the shower head to different position so you have to be careful or you will get water on the floor. I guess I was under the impression the condo was an actual one bedroom, but it is a studio apt. all open. The mini a/c worked great. The bed is a double, not a queen and so is the sofa bed. I can see 2 adults with 1 child (max) staying here. But not 4 guests. Parking is right next to the condo. The only cons I saw were you could hear every step and noise the guests staying in the upstairs condo made. So be aware. And the storm door was hard to lock and unlock. No Keurig. And also, the pet fee can be bit steep. But I know there are some guests aren't considerate. We enjoyed our stay!

Condo situé a 3 minutes de marche de la page. Plage éloignée de la foule du boardwalk et tranquille. Pas le souci de trouver une place devant la mer. Condo parfaitement équipé. Condo propre et sécuritaire.

The bed and couch are uncomfortable and the bathroom is a bad DIY. The shower is bizarrely situated and the moldy extra-long shower curtain only makes it worse. Location is ok

Quiet & clean studio with residential beach
This was perfect for what we were looking for. Quiet residential neighborhood away from the boardwalk and crowds. The beach is literally a block away and it was not crowded. Dog friendly too. The studio apartment has everything you will need and is very clean. It sleeps 4 people on a full bed and a queen sized sofa sleeper. You can purchase some groceries to cook in the kitchen or go out to local restaurants that are in walking distance. Washer and dryer is available. The host Svetlin communicates very quickly and can answer any questions. 5 stars. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back for our next beach get away.

Not every property should be a rental property.
Not every property should be a rental property. I'm sure the owner would enjoy staying at this property, aware of its shortcomings, but for a renter this place comes with too many discomforts to make it enjoyable. I'll list a few, but this is not the full list. First, the fridge makes a very loud mechanical noise. Twice it woke us up with a terrible noise like someone howling in pain. It was so intolerable that we had to unplug it. The couch material was a plastic-like leather. Sitting on it for 5 minutes will make your skin sweat (and make you wonder about all the sweat that came before yours). Speaking of sweating, there was a mattress cover on the bed which was also plastic. After waking up drenched in sweat we decided to take it off. The storm door wouldn't close. We could visibly tell that this wasn't a new issue by the rust in the hardware from when others tried to force it closed. Thank God we had pliers and were able to remove it. Finally, the shower was super tiny. It also had no walls, so a very long shower liner was hung to try and contain over spray. The combination of confined space and trying to maneuver my body around the expansive liner made me feel like I was about to suffocate in, you guessed it, plastic! With improvements, this could be a quaint studio, but in it's current state it just wasn't a comfortable stay.
