Great location for our needs
This unit was clean and comfortable, and served our needs for lodging for a conference at the convention center 2 blocks away. It is very nicely located right behind Three Ships Coffee which was an added bonus for the caffeine addicts among us.

Great Place and Responsive Host!
Great location for my extended family to stay in during their visit to Virginia Beach! Very close to good food, coffee, and shops around 19th street, and a short walk from the beach. Had a minor issue but the host was very responsive and got it fixed in no time. Highly recommend to others!

We had a nice time. The property owner was quick always to respond. We had everything we needed and extra with the bikes, enjoyed riding them. Only thing that might help and if minor is a bath mat. We had excellent weekend!

Perfect Easy Va Beach Vibe
The first floor space was perfect for our 4 adult stay. Really enjoyed the location. There are 2 parking spots available in front of the unit as well as a small sitting area just outside the front door. It had everything we needed. However we never could get any of the tvs to work in the home but didn’t spend much time trying. Walking distance to the beach is responsible, we hauled all are beach stuff there and back and survived. Nice coffee shops all around. Tried a new one each morning.

Great spot
The condo was clean and a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk or a short drive to the north end of the beach. My only complaint was the lighting. Only one lamp worked in the bedroom. A lightbulb was missing in the living room and the kitchen light was very dim - one day was gloomy and it was really hard to see! Should be an easy fix.

Nice place to stay. Easy to access most things you want to. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of local culture and food. Only complaints were - lighting, bedroom ceiling light out.rest was lamps in most of it and needed to be brighter. Livingroom tv did not work at all. Tv in bunkroom had an apple box hooked to it so it was uselss. Wifi did not work. It was like someone had done a factory reset on the router. Needed more towels only 4 were provided And there was no broom just a dust pan. That being said we came here for the beach so it was good place to sleep and fix food when needed. We didn't come to hang out in the duplex.

Great location
The apartment is in a good location. A short walk to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and the beach. Saturday morning there was a flea market and farmers market right outside the door! The downside of the apartment was the cleanliness. The pull out trundle bed under the “couch” had dead bugs, hair, sand, and dirt all over it. The floors through out the apartment were filthy and sticky especially in the bedrooms. The sponges left in the sink to clean dishes were black and smelt terrible. The broom was broken and there were not cleaning supplies left. We had to go out to the store to buy supplies to clean. Although we loved the location we would not return due to the amount of cleaning we had to do at check-in. The microwave did not work and the televisions in the bedroom were not hooked up to anything.

Clean, Cool Neighborhood, Plenty of Space
Super clean with plenty of space for my family of 4 adults. Just one thing - the TV remote in the main space wasn't the right remote for that TV. And the purpose of the night was to watch COLLEGE FOOTBALL! Unless my nerdy husband didn't have all kinds of electronics gadgets we would not have been able to watch THE GAMES. This is kind of a big deal. Also, check time is 4pm. At 3:50pm I asked for the code. Nothing. Finally got the code at 4:15. I realize that's only 15 minutes past check in time, but my family missed an entire 15 minutes + the extra time to set up the tv with the wrong remote to watch CFP. I don't understand why the access code wasn't provided on time.

Beach Visit
My wife, two children, and I planned a weekend trip to the beach and this place was great. There was easy parking, plenty of towels, clean linens. The layout worked well for having our kids sleep in a separate room. The beds were too soft for my wife but were fine for me. We drove down to 16th Street and parked at a business all day while we went to the beach and it worked out well. The only issue was the wifi information was old, but they communicated back quickly to just get the updated info from the new router in the living room

Conveniently located, cute house
Host was very responsive and no issues for our stay. Everything was as described and it’s a quick straight shot to walk to the beach. House was comfortable and spacious. Did not realize a flea market was taking place literally in the backyard the night we checked in so we ended up short on parking til the flea market cleared but that’s not the host’s fault as our parking was clearly marked private. Little bit of dust on bunk beds and a couple dead bugs in cabinet but everything else was clean. Plenty of dining and entertainment within walking distance. Easy check in and out.
