Winter Renovations Notice: From October 21, 2024, to April 1, 2025, exterior building renovations, including balcony work, will be in progress. Interior hallways and the front parking lot will also be affected, with work completed in sections.

Enjoy stunning views of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk from your living area or private balcony. The mini kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the essentials for your cooking needs.

Relax in the spacious bedroom with a king bed and plenty of storage. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests in total.

We provide linens, towels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable stay.

Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center

We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm.We charge a $50 cancel fee if we must refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb.
