"Stayed with our family and kids at the house for one week. Kids, teens and 4 year old loved it. The pool was incredible and the beach right down the road from the house was one of our favorite beaches. We visited the beach multiple times and never saw another person there. Clear water, white sand, gentle waves and gorgeous views. My kids said it was too amazing to be real. Definitely rent a car with 4 wheel drive, as hills can be steep. "We enjoyed our time at Makere Cottage! The cottage is perfect for a couple offering lots of outdoor spaces, great pool, and lovely vistas. We cooked and used the best outdoor gas grill almost every night. And we never got tired of the view - Cane Garden Bay, Long Bay, and St.John/St. Thomas in the distance. "Family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out! The home sits above a beautiful cove, with some construction of a tennis court underway. The cove is very pretty, appears to be shallow water, but with the weather there was quite a bit of debris. The cows enjoy the beach every morning during their grazing time. Humorous to see!
