However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "Lovely stay at the Royal Hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was fine, beds not the most comfortable, maybe a little too warm. Location a short walk from center of town. Breakfast selection was very good, as it was out of season it was not a buffet, but cooked to order. Free car parking is a big positive. Overall a good stay! "

"The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. "
