Secluded cabin on 75 acres 360 views cedar hot tub infrared sauna outdoor Shower

When we say secluded- we mean it! Travel down a long gravel drive to the top of the ridge for 360 views in the middle of 75 organic acres. No Neighbors in site. Red cedar hot tub, outdoor infrared & red & light cedar sauna, heated outdoor shower (Shower is turned off during winter months, HOT TUB/ SAUNA IS YEAR ROUND) , front covered deck to watch the sunset and a back covered deck to watch the sunrise, twinkle lights and custom made Hibachi Grill. Wildlife Aplenty. Indoor gas fireplace and outdoor wood fire pit with wood provided. New fruit orchard and wildflowers field. 5 minutes away from Viola Gas station and Minutes away from trout fishing. Seasonally decorated with a live tree for winter months.

We try to give our couples priority booking when they rent our wedding venue- down the hill. (Chapters on the Horizon) that is why we do not instant book!

The crop land is rented to a local farmer and depending on season/weather he may be farming the land.

Please note: We have made the hard decision to no longer allow children under the age of 10 and pets after several irresponsible owners- sorry for any inconvenience.
We do NOT have a T.V but we do have WIFI and board games!

One of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in. Owner was super accommodating and communication was on point. Location was lovely and well maintained. Hot tub was a huge perk as well and very clean. Will stay again!

Jennifer's cabin is a perfect, cozy cabin with excellent amenities. The outdoor hot tub was a big hit despite the weather and she was highly responsive and proactive in making sure the driveway was plowed before we arrived and departed. We will be back!

This was our second time staying here. Just as wonderful as the first time! Serene location, break from the hustle and bustle and technology. The hot tub is our favorite! We booked this getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This little cabin on a hill surpassed all expectations! It is so cozy and quiet and the hot tub adds the perfect touch! The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was SO comfortable! Lots of comfy chairs to curl up in for reading and naps as well! The wi-fi worked great so we didn’t have to miss the Packers game or the NYE ball drop. We were sad when it was time to leave!

Perfect hideaway
We chose this cabin for a short stay after our wedding. We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is absolutely amazing. Super private and secluded. Peaceful and charming with fantastic amenities. The hot tub is amazing as well as the outdoor shower! Morning coffee with the birds on the porch was incredibly relaxing and evening fires with the coyotes in the distance added a slight sence of excitement! 5/5 stars! A+

Driftless Heaven
What a place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the wonderful accommodations and the million dollar views. Showering outside was a treat for me, especially with no bugs. Wildlife constantly visible, too many deer/fawns to count. If you’re looking for a piece of Driftless Heaven, this will not disappoint. Enjoy the lovely porch, you’ll find it tough to leave. ❤️

Our new favorite place!
This cabin was perfection for us. My main concern was the kitchen lacking and I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed, this kitchen was stocked by a cook. Our other concern was temperature but the cabin was well insulated, the gas stove a nice touch and throw blankets were very accessible. The views were amazing, wildlife aplenty even in december and the hot tub is the highlight of course! My husband loved the live tree, we arrived Christmas evening and enjoyed opening our gifts to each other by firelight. We absolutely will be back!

Cabin in the Woods
This was the perfect spot to surprise my husband for his 55th birthday; he’s been asking to stay at a cabin in the woods for a Very long time;)!!! The cabin is wonderful and extremely comfortable! The owners have included many wonderful touches;) Anything & everything we needed was available in the kitchen, and the bathroom was beautiful and well-stocked! The hot tub at night with all the stars was incredible and the robes that were provided were super cozy, especially since we were there at the beginning of March! We also loved the fact that there wasn't a TV! It really was a lovely cabin to escape our hectic lives, regroup & celebrate his birthday! The cabin was everything that was in the listing & more;) We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place!

Beautiful Weekend
My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights and the cabin was absolutely heavenly. We both worked remotely Friday and the Wi-Fi worked great! The patios played a good role in coffee morning and grilling at night. The cedar hot-tub was stunning and the outdoor lights added to the already beautiful atmosphere. Beds were cozy, kitchen worked well and all the living room furniture was comfortable. Went around Kickapoo Valley Reserve, bowled at Nordic Lanes in Westby and got all our groceries ten minutes down the road in La Farge. Can’t recommend this enough as a quiet getaway. Thank you Jennifer for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin!

Autumn Getaway
The views of the surrounding hills and forests were beautiful. Lots of wildlife too. My wife and I loved waking up and seeing turkeys and deer all around the cabin grazing. Turning off all of the lights around and in the cabin and viewing the star filled night sky from the hot tub is something my wife and I will talk about for a long time. The cabin is setup perfectly. Plenty of linens provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The only gripe was carrying the firewood from the shed to the firepit, a wheelbarrow or cart would have been nice.

Absolute perfection!
This property is just what you see and better. I picked it for the hot tub and the seclusion, and I was impressed by those and so much more. The hilltop view was incredible in every direction at every time of day. The cedar hot tub was sublime. The beds were the best I’ve ever stayed in for a Vrbo. The amenities could not be beat! The flattop grill, towels, condiments, hot cocoa, popcorn, robes, very comfortable furniture, the games, firewood and fire pit - everything was just what we wanted. The icing on the cake though, were the Christmas decorations throughout the house. The decorated tree was beautiful and everyday we noticed more and more tasteful, elegant displays. We plan to be back!

Extraordinary Vista and Wonderfully Designed Comfortable Cabin
We would book this cabin again without hesitation. Awe-inspiring views on top of the bluffs situated on the edge of the rolling forests and organic hay meadows teaming with birds, deer, and other wildlife. The log cabin was thoughtfully designed with excellent attention to detail in the interior design. Truly unique and artistically crafted timber frame, rustic design with wonderfully large windows and 360 degree views, an awesome porch and comfortable loving space. It was the best equipped kitchen of any vrbo or air b&b we have stayed at. The only critique is the lack of screens on the windows in the upstairs loft to be able to open the windows without worrying about bugs.

Amazing on all levels
This is the 3rd year we stayed in a cabin in the area this time of year (a different one each year so far) and this was by far our favorite. The hot tub is awesome but we appreciated the wildlife the most. The bird feeder by the window provided such an amazing variety of birds, I don't want to spoil them all. Don't forget to look out the other windows as not all birds eat seed. Maybe a groundhog or opossum will make an appearance. Every night you're treated with a healthy deer population of 10-15 in the immediate area that come out to graze the farmland... don't forget to grab the binoculars (provided). Maybe a raccoon will even joined the deer a night of grazing together.
