"Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on!
