No air conditioning and we were not able to keep the windows open because there was no screen provided on the windows And bugs would get inside the room. We had to keep the windows closed at night. I fell The first time I used the shower in the bathroom because the bathtub was very slick and there was nothing to hold on. I injured my head and my right hand trying to hold on to something. Well worth a stay

"An excellent hotel, close to the water and great bars and restaurants. The desk staff was great and very helpful. The woman at breakfast was less wonderful - unengaged in her job and not very helpful. A minor point but not a great ending to a wonderful stay. "
