"We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and at the end of our trip. We went to Munich between visits. This was a wonderful place to stay perhaps one of our favorites of all the places we have stayed outside of Disney resorts! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The rooms were very clean and plenty of space! Transportation is within a few minutes walking and all the attractions are close using public transportation. "Very friendly and welcoming staff, the games room was a nice addition. Bed was relatively comfortable and the deluxe suite was a good size. The laundry room and sauna were great and unexpected additions. However, the photos on the website were a little misleading. The room decor needs some modernising: there were stains on the sofa, ceramic chips in the bathroom and an old stereo.
