The villa is ideal for families with small children because pool access is protected and behind the house is a 700sq.m lawn with fruit trees for running and playing. Villa is intimate and views protected by big Roman walls. You can enjoy a new, luxurious, decorated house with billiard, a table football room, and a little fitness room. Parking is extensive, safe, and under video surveillance.
The villa has five bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with IPTV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso, a juicer, a microwave, and all appliances.
