"Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, das Haus ist schön, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet. Das Poolhaus und der Pool traumhaft schön! Dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind verbesserungswürdig, die Kaffeemaschine braucht sehr lange, etwas mehr Geschirr wäre schön und auch ein paar mehr Handtücher. "A well appointed villa situated in a small village convenient for beaches, visiting local towns and nearby restaurants. Easily accessible from airport. Hosts very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Excellent welcome hamper - best we’ve ever had. Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. Highlights of our stay visiting Pula,Porec,Labin, Pazin and two boat trips (one very local from Krnica was excellent). "We were very disappointed in lots of ways by this rental. The owner spoke no English which is not what we were told when renting the property. This made it very difficult to address any of the problems. For example, we had agreed online the day before that we could check in a little early as my wife was unwell, but on arrival we were sent away for 2 hours as the villa wasn’t ready. "The villa was presented spotlessly clean, and everything has been thought of to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the living area is comfortable, modern and more spacious than the photos suggest. The pool area is immaculate and the paving around the pool didn't get hot, even on very hot days, so you can walk around comfortably in bare feet. "This is a charming little villa with its own olive and figue trees garden. Everything was very clean, all you need for a shorter or longer stay is there starting from the dishes to iron and washing maschine. We really enjoyed the big garden and the privacy the property offers. There are 3 different seating areas and a decent size pool. "The villa was perfect for our holiday with family and friends. The villa was in a cluster of about 5 houses in the country but only 5 minutes drive to a few little towns. We really enjoyed taking the bikes (provided by the villa) around the locals area each day. We used both houses which fitted us all in very comfortably (15). All the rooms were clean with a fantastic shabby chic, traditional style. The kitchens were very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen in the pool house too....

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool und Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Liegen sollten jedoch bei Gelegenheit mal ausgetauscht werden, sie sind alt und teilweise auch schon kaputt. Ein Badezimmer ist bereits renoviert, es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auch die anderen bereits renoviert gewesen wären, es hat jedoch nicht gestört. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen."
