Very nice and pleasent vacation. Visited a lot of interesting places in the vicinity.
Very nice and quiet environment. The hostess was very kind and gave us all the necessary information, she was also interested during our stay if anything was missing. Highly recommended for families.

Die Villa ist super, groß, schön gepflegt mit wunderschönen Swimmingpool in sehr ruhiger Lage in Mitten von Olivenheinen mit super Aussicht. Alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vorhanden - sogar Bademäntel! Bettina, die Verwalterin vor Ort, ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Schon Tage davor hat sie uns mittels WhatsApp über Verschiedenes informiert.

Fantastische ontvangst met welkomsgeschenk van de eigenaar. Het huis was picobello in orde en zeer goed uitgerust . Alles was voorhanden zowel bed - bad - keukenlinnen, als recreatie ( fietsen, tafeltennis, darts etc...). En dit alles in een mooie landelijke omgeving .

What a fantastic place this is. The villa is enormous (much more spacious than we expected from the photo's) and decorated tastefully. All rooms have an own bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools one could need, plus herbs and salt etc. It could easily fit 2 or 3 families. The best part is the outside with a beautiful pool (the view from the pool over the hills is great) and a lot of space to play and/or sunbathe. Bettina, the host, is lovely and speaks excellent English. It was very easy to communicate with her via Whatsapp. The villa is situated close to Florence, Lucca and other beautiful Toscan villages. Grocery shopping is about a 10 minute drive away. I would very, very much recommend the villa to anyone and it is one of the very few places we've stayed where we would like to come back (not that we're so high-maintenance but because normally we like to try different locations).

Schon Tage vor der Reise erhielten wir eine sympathische Nachricht der deutschen Betreuerin mit den wichtigsten Hinweisen zur Anreise und der Gelegenheit, individuelle Wünsche zu platzieren. Bettina war auch während des Aufenthaltes unaufdringlich, charmant, hilfsbereit mit uns in Kontakt, wenn wir dies wünschten. Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem, was ein Haus bieten konnte, bis hin zu erstklassiger Wäsche, sogar mit Bademänteln. Alles war pikobello sauber und gepflegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und erholsam, es sind 5 km bis zu einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen, 7-8 km in den größeren Ort Empoli, wo sich Supermärkte, Einkaufsstraßen aber auch ein Krankenhaus befinden. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar vom Anwesen aus, der Blick über zahllose Olivenbäume und Weinberge ist beeindruckend. Wir werden wieder dorthin fahren!
