"He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!"

"Excellent location, roomy property, very clean and well equipped apart from lack of a small saucepan and a small sharp knife, also, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were very uncomfortable; one thin and hard and the other incredibly soft. We failed to find a switch for the overhead kitchen light. Well set up for a dog if necessary and roomy parking. The faults were minor and didn't spoil our holiday. They are being included for the owner's/agent's perusal."

"We had lovely weather and back deck great in the morning sun for coffee overlooking the bay. House photos very accurate - it does look like that. Everyone had a great time, house very comfortable and accommodated us, three teens and dog very well. Kids loved table football in back garage. "

"Beautiful tranquil location for my family to come together for holidays. Good living spaces indoor and outdoor, and had all the things we required. Friendly community and dog friendly property and beaches. Communication with the host was quick, with clear check in check out requirements. Our only suggested improvement would be a better clean to remove the cobwebs / dust from the kitchen / rear living / alfresco areas…however in saying this we would stay here again without hesitation. "

"The property was impressive to say the least! Spacious, well stocked and amazing location. The only downside was that the spa did not heat up after many attempts and there were no coffee beans provided for the machine. Otherwise it was lovely. "

"Nice place and beautiful area to enjoy some peace and quiet in the off-peak of summer. House was comfortable and most things provided, but it was obvious no-one had swept around prior to our arrival. Master bed was terrible, needs replacing, however would still consider staying here again in the future."

"We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. The house was impeccably clean, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and perfectly situated right on the river with stunning views of the opposite bush.We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the dock. "Overall we did enjoy our stay but would choose a different house next time. It’s just a short walk to Callala beach which is a lovely area. We did unfortunately find a few issues with the property. Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of...

"The property was as advertised, very clean and nicely decorated. Location is excellent with easy walk to the main centre and beach. Beds were very comfortable and linen fresh. Both the lower balcony and rooftop terrace were large and well furnished.There is a flight of steep stairs to enter the property and another to access the roof terrace which could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or if you had a lot of luggage.Overall we had an excellent weekend and enjoyed the property and...

"Great location, 1min walk to a beautiful beach. The property had everything we needed it was lovely and clean with tidy gardens. Only negative was we could only pick up 1 channel on the tv. Nice restaurants nearby. Would stay again."
