Great guesthouse at a very reasonable price, very friendly staff. Great services/excursions offered. Nice rooms, very clean with air con, fridge, mini bar, TV, private bathroom.
The guesthouse has a magnificant backdrop of the Vinales Valley where you may sit in one of the rocking chairs on your private porche admiring the panoramic views or even better have your breakfast, dinner and evening meal served on your private roof terrace facing the Vinales, mountain range.
My first ever horse ride (no practise necessary) which lasts four hours with host Pedro costs only 20 euros and is an excursion not to be missed with three stops during the ride into a tobacco plantation to observe how the best Cuban cigars are made by hand, then back on the horses and onto a large cave within the Vinales mountains with grandiose stalactites and stalagmites throughout the cave, centuries of natural formations and history right there, leading through onto a lagoon at the rear of the cave where you may swim or skinny dip then back on the horses to a bar to enjoy a refreshing mojito in the middle of the valley with stunning views of Vinales Valley on all sides. A special rum exclusive to the Vinales valley, made from the Guavita fruit which only grows every two years is a must for all rum drinkers. What's not to like, riding in on your horse, tethering up like in an old western at the watering hole, quenching your thirst, and riding off into the sunset a bit merrier back to your guesthouse💚
