"Cheap. Dirty. Bed full of ants. Good location. This is a step up from a hostel. Location is good for historical district. Room is dirty (e.g., little white specs on the bathroom walls from other people’s tooth brushing - ewwww!). Staff are OK. Tiny ants everywhere. In the bed. Biting."

"This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink.
