Things not replaced in the rooms like tissues or laundry lists/bags. And despite having DND on my door, I woke to a staff member entering my room to deliver laundry back. "

No key cards (they text you your room code) so no need to worry about having it on you all the time. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Lovely towels and chocolates on the pillow. Bottle of water each provided free of charge. Really useful to be able to store our luggage in the luggage room on the last day as we had a late night flight. "
