"Always clean and comfortable and whenever we have stayed we have always used the pool and most times had it completely to ourselves the restaurant on site serves good food though a little limited on choice would definately stay again is well worth the price"

"The property was nice and met our needs. The parking lot was large and allowed easy access with our luggage with the elevator ery close to the front desk and door. The only problem was when we arrived, we were asked if we wanted to pay for breakfast and I said yes. Ðispite having 4 people in the room, we were only charged for one breakfast and had to pay for the other 3 as we were leaving. "Probably the friendliest, most chilled hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff couldn't do enough for you and always very welcoming. The hotel is a beautiful, 16th century building in the old town centre, which is amazing. I was in a room which faced to road so, sometimes, it could be rather noisy, but the streets are very narrow and it's an old building. Only issue I had was a lack of hot water in the evening but it wasn't a major problem. A 2 star hotel which makes up for it in many other ways."

"this is a hotel i use frequently when driving through the area. its a perfect location for getting off the motorway and back on again the following day. Just a short drive to Troyes centre. there is a nice restaurant next door and a nice bakery too. i will stay here again next time im in the area "

"Nous avons passé un excellent week end prolongé, au calme, dans cette belle maison de campagne pleine de charme. Nous étions un peu plus de 20 adultes, les dimensions de la maison étaient parfaites pour notre groupe et le logement respectait en tout point la description faite dans l'annonce (notamment le nombre de couchages avec une mezzanine dortoir très bien aménagée pour accueillir notre grand groupe). Marc et Sarah, nos hôtes, ont été disponibles, discrets et accueillants. Je recommande."

Really nice boutique hotel

"Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"This was a small inn which was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good and room was clean and nice. The area around it was very residential so not a lot of things to do close by. The staff was very nice and always looking to take care of you. Did not eat dinner but restaurant always seemed full so good sign many locals. Good access to lots of attractions by car and well worth the cost. "

Poor service

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
