"On a passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service de réception était exceptionnel, vraiment au top ! Monsieur Guillaume, le réceptionniste, a été particulièrement aimable et professionnel. Il a fourni de nombreuses informations utiles, toujours avec respect et gentillesse. Merci à lui pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! De plus, le restaurant était magnifique, surtout le petit-déjeuner, qui était délicieux et très varié"

"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

"The staff was very nice, from maintenance ti the desk. They only gave us 1 towel and the rest were out for cleaning our first morning, so my sister and I had to share. The room was alright, but the neighboring area was awful. Not only did it feel safe, and the neighboring bar was incredibly loud, but the construction was terrible. Nothing like a jackhammer at 6 AM. I'd stay in the west side of Lyon Gare Dieu next time."
