"Reception closed with poor signage to the nearby Campanile reception. Lack of sleep due to neighbouring rooms partying all night. Man those mattresses need some oiling after all that squeaking. Definitely not sound proofed rooms"

But above all the staff make you feel like you are home - the manager Clara is exceptionally gifted at making you feel welcome. I travel frequently and I have to say, the customer service at this property is five star across the board. I highly recommend this property."
