"Great place to stay! The only issue was that a previous occupant of the kitchenette apartment had fried sardines or other fish and the smell was absorbed by the curtains. We would laugh and say how much it wreaked in that room. But we still liked it. "

"Nous avons passé un week-end sympa en famille, avec nos 2 chiens. Nous avons apprécié la communication facile et agréable avec les propriétaires, le baby foot dans la chambre d'enfants. Mais le montant demandé ne nous semble pas en adéquation avec la maison : certains lits sont inconfortables, l'ameublement hétéroclite et parfois très vieillot (certaines chaises perdent leur vis), la cuisine est équipée mais dans le même esprit que le reste de la maison, un coin salon un peu chiche pour un grand...

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison d'Emmanuel, où nous avons pu fêter en famille Noël et le 1er janvier, avec mes parents, enfants et petits enfants, et même emmener nos 2 gros chiens. Nous avons apprécié cette maison spacieuse et rustique, où nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise, même si elle n'est pas finie d'être rénovée. L'équipement est simple mais suffisant, et nous nous sommes adaptés. Les échanges avec le propriétaire Emmanuel ont été faciles et sans problème. Il est...

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
