"We have all had an amazing time at this property. Stephanie was fantastic with communication in the run up to our trip, and once we arrived we couldn't have had a better time. The location was ideal and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax and spend time together. I miss it already!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Graçay. Le village est charmant, avec un cadre tranquille idéal pour se ressourcer au calme à proximité de la nature. La location était propre et bien équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Notre hôte était très accueillant et disponible. Le petit plus ouvrir la fenêtres pour nourrir les canard et les oies dans le petit canal ! "

The whole area is alive with dragonflies, butterflies and birds. The house is just a short walk from the river Cher with restaurants and bars close to the river. "The place was very pleasant for the base we used it for. The stay was somewhat spoilt on the last day with the owner implying we hadn't clean the kitchen floor or the bathroom. Considering we found children toys under the coffee table, part of a broken glass under the settee and a pubic hair in the shower his dig at my partners cleaning was totally unwarranted and if my French, or his English, had of been better my response would have been somewhat more vocal."

"This house was perfect for a group with multiple families, with each room having its own bathroom. Also, lounge and kitchen areas were sizeable. Excellent kitchen facilities and ample cutlery and crockery as well as 2 dishwashers - made a huge difference not having to worry about running out of anything.
