"Comfortable room. Great location. We had several bags and to get it to our specific room once we used the elevated had to take some odd/tricky steps to get it up the stairs and into the room. Sink had a significant leak from the pipes. We reported and just asked for a bucket to catch the water as we didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving the bags again. Pleasant staff. Overall good experience for a quick 22h layover stop to leave our bags "

"Staff were lovely. Hotel was really well heated and nice. Was clean and friendly. Didn’t like that bathroom has no window and no working extractor fan. No coffee facilities in room. Had a drink in the bar on a Friday night, informed they did not have red wine and only 1 glass of white wine available. Not usual 4* standard that I would normally expect"

"Expected a small room, did not disappoint. But it was clean and had adequate storage. LOCATION was superb, right around the corner from the Louvre and close to absolutely everything. Cafe's nearby, easy to navigate. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again if I am able to get to Paris one more time! "

"Great stay! Small rooms but functional for a quick trip. Lots of coworking space downstairs if needed. Definitely hit the upstairs bar - incredible views and reasonable prices drinks. A real gem. Two flags: beds are super comfy but against a wall so only one side has access. Everything is run off of an ipad so might be confusing for folks who aren’t super tech savvy. "

"Everything was great until I had someone come in the room in the middle of the night , went to the front desk to explain the terror i had… no explanation to why the door was opened and a random was coming into the room just re activated my cards no compassion at all. "

"The hotel is what it it is it's clean could do with up dating there was no tea or coffee and the cleaner was basic never made the beds etc... But the people was lovely and we felt very looked after at all times "
