"Als ich ankam, war niemand da!!! Ich rief an, niemand antwortete! Ich war mit meinen Eltern, einer 4-jährigen Tochter und einem Freund im Rollstuhl !!! Es war sehr heiß, also träumten wir von einer Pause !!! Einen Moment später bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass unsere Apartments stornieren ist! 4 Stunden suchten wir ein Hotel!!! "First the 12 th century house in the listing was the reason I booked. I arrived to find this to be across the street. Not at all reflective downright deceptive. And then I found the apartment was on the second floor accessed by a narrow circular staircase. This needs to be in the listing. I’m 81, cannot lift my bags snd that type stair is risky for me., The owner offered to carry my bag up but I didn’t want to deal with it. She was kind enough to call elsewhere, get me a hotel room, drive me...
