"Beautiful room, lovely grounds, desk staff and dining servers were amazing--great for dinner. But don't yell at the guests for using a wine glass for a juice glass when you have no other drinkware available. The dining service manager was rude, pushy and she did not hestitate to come over to our table and scold me like I was a child. I'm 60. If I want orange juice, I'll use whatever drinkware is available, and if that's a wine glass, so be it. I'm a guest, not your employee. "

If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). "A very good budget option for self catering. Excellent quality bed and linen in a spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen had basic cooking utensils and was adequate for our needs. The golf course and lots of green space surrounds the property and it was easy to drive to Place des Italians for park and ride to Avignon.
