This is not a hotel, We arrived at the door where there is a hand painted name sign and waited, knocked eventually another guest arrived who phoned and after about 30 minutes a man came out and we were asked to wait. "The location was very good 👍 close to the EUROSTAR, the reception were accommodating and ensures safety of goods left in the luggage area 👍 the room was well equipped with tea, coffee, kettle 😀 and all the equipment to make you feel at home. Well laid out as well. And everything worked. Reception were very kind, patient, helpful, smile all the time and humble. Thanks for a lovely time in Lille "

Lovely Hotel close to Lille Europe train station

"Lovely hotel, so close to Lille Europe train station. Excellent facilities I liked the layout of the bathroom, complete with bath and separate shower and separate toilet. Tea kettle and coffee machine, very comfy bed and the pillows are brilliant, not like french pillows at all ! Microwave in the room and there are some ready meals in the reception area that looked good. Great staff, all very friendly and they love to say bonjour. Thank you for a comfortable stay, hope to be back soon."
