Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxing by the river 200 m away (unsupervised swimming), and lazing on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²).

The cottage has a garage and a 75 m² enclosed courtyard with a 20 m² paved terrace. Nearby:
