"You could have a lovely holiday here but keep your party to 6 maximum and don't use the attic room in summer!! "A full kitchen, 1 bedroom, private bathroom, outdoor space to relax in and safely lock bicycles, friendly chickens and dog. I loved sitting outside listening to the chickens as they wandered about. Blanchon, the owner, was super helpful. I would stay again if in the area. D"

Patricia's response rate to questions is quick and any and all queries resolved. "The villa is beautiful and has clearly been very lovingly restored by Marion and Jean-Phillippe. The beds were incredibly comfortable and both kitchens were well-stocked. They’ve given a lot of thought about everything you could possibly need and even gave us a bottle of rose on arrival. This was the first summer renting it out so there were a very few unfinished areas but I’m sure that will be this winter’s project! With such beautiful views, we spent the vast majority of our stay by the pool...

La chambre est très accueillante avec un dressing parfait il ne manque rien. Tout est fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable café bouilloire mini bar bien approvisionné en boisson la salle d’eau est top avec différents jet pour la douche la double vasque et les produits de bains à disposition. "There are NO serviettes (towels) provided, and no hairdryer, bedding very basic but beds were comfortable, shower was great, C=hot, F=cold. Nice location, me met hosts at their address and followed them to the rental by car. You will need google translate to communicate as they are very friendly but speak NO English. "We have stayed in several holiday houses in France, and this has definitely been our favourite. Location is outstanding. Best ever view from a washing line! The track to the house looks a little challenging, but caused us no problems and luckily we didn't meet anyone coming the other way in the whole week. The space in the house is wonderful. "Le Mayrinet is a rural gite and was much as we expected. It is situated about a 20 minute drive away from Verdun-en- Garonne where there are two supermarkets with everything you need for your stay.
