"The perfect getaway — lovely cosy evenings by the fire, and days spent in this heavenly French chateau and its grounds. Lots of tennis played on the clay court (sadly too chilly to use the pool) but excursions to beautiful Chablis, Auxerre and the abbey at Pontigny were particular highlights. Can’t recommend enough!"

The house had a lived in feel and was generously provided which meant we had everything that we needed to enjoy our time together and the small children especially loved the enclosed garden with swings, a Wendy house and children’s toys and seats The proprietor very kindly picked us up from the station and gave us a warm welcome.
