"Wow I had such an incredible last minute stay here! We were so blessed to find this gem with excellent staff who all spoke perfect English. We had an amazing tasting next door at the winery with Natalie. We felt so cared for by everyone. The dinner was 5 star service and taste. We tried the truffle tasting menu with paired wines from the som, it was out of this world. The room was so beautiful, overlooking the vineyards. I will definitely be back!"

"Sent by Copilot: Mere Germaine Hotel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France I recently stayed at the beautiful Mere Germaine Hotel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views from the terrace. I stayed in a two-story room with a mezzanine and a terrace, which added to the charm and comfort of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Breakfasts were a highlight, featuring delicious fresh breads and other tasty options. I also treated myself to a massage and enjoyed some time in the jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi could have been a bit hotter, I didn’t ask the staff to adjust it, so it’s possible they could have made it warmer. Parking was conveniently located about half a block away, but I found that I didn’t need my car much at all. The hotel is within walking distance of several vineyards, where I enjoyed tours and tastings. Additionally, the ruins and numerous restaurants and wine bars are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Overall, I highly recommend Mere Germaine Hotel for its beautiful setting, excellent service, and convenient location. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Châteauneuf-du-Pape."

"Super comfy bed and great breakfast. We are driving / moving from Germany to Spain; listing did not mention parking - so I called. The desk barely spoke English, even though listing clearly said they spoke English. They have a great FREE parking lot. However, they are about 10 miles off the A7. The drive was worth it. Quiet - Comfy - Morning staff spoke better English. Would definitely stay again."

"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"
