"We spent 7 nights at this lovely Chateau des egrons in May 2023. 7 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs. The location is perfect for a peaceful break yet close enough to venture if wanted. The booking process was easy and ongoing communication from the owner, and once in France the Chateau manager Jayne and her team were on hand for literally anything as they were only 10 minutes away. Would absolutely recommend this amazing place to anyone."

"Wir finden, dass dies ein sehr schönes und angenehmes Ferienhaus in einer wunderschönen Umgebung ist. Für uns ist es das dritte Mal (92012 und 2016), das sagt also genug. Der großzügige und schöne umzäunte Garten sorgt außerdem dafür, dass kleine Kinder sicher sind und der Garten ist auch ein Eldorado für Hunde, die den Hof nicht so einfach verlassen können."

"So much room to spread out, both inside and outside this manoir, lofty ceilings, huge fireplaces, history abounds at Quatre Vents. The pool is magnificent and clean, the bar and pizza oven are great fun and perfect for entertaining on the long hot evenings in this part of the world, fresh figs from the garden etc… Thank you for a perfect stay."

"The house was idealy situated for visiting many places of interest,Bordeaux,Bergerac and many chateau in the area. We were very disapointed with the standard of the property due to several issues.The house is very cold and damp and in some rooms has effected the wooden flooring,leaving a white deposit.Even in the kitchen, which has tiled flooring,surface water could be seen under our dogs bedding.The on-suite shower room wasn't very clean and had black mould around the shower tray and sink,which...

"Nous avons séjourné 8 jours. L’emplacement est agréable,reposant et pas loin de deux très beaux villages( classé plus beaux de France). L’hôte nous a très bien accueilli,la maison fut très propre et agréable à vivre. Randonées, visite des châteaux, découverte du lot et Garonne. Très bon échange dans le respect de notre intimité avec Bernard. Coup de cœur pour la piscine couverte et la terrasse très fonctionnelle (barbecue,plancha,évier,frigo..)."

"Our second trip to this lovely property confirmed it to be as perfect as the first. The property is in the traditional style, but with all modern facilities. Situated a short distance from Bergerac, it is set back from a quiet road, and surrounded by vineyards. It is quiet and relaxing, and already we are talking about our return next year."
