"A renovated old farmhouse, Aux Mesanges was a cool place to stay. We felt the age while climbing the creaky stairs and seeing the wood beams, yet we also enjoyed the modern renovations. Laurent was super nice, chatting with us about the home and even allowing us to practice our not-so-great French. "Jeremy was very welcoming and conversed easily in English. He told us about the area, it's wine growing history and his own involvement. Arranged lunch for us at a local hotel and breakfast was truly a feast. My granddaughters loved the swimming pool. We will definitely use this hotel again on our way back through France. I called but got their answering machine. I messaged them that I would pay cash if credit card was a problem for them. I got no response.
