"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"It is a fantastic hotel with a tremendous staff but I had the tiniest shower ever which made it quite difficult and annoying to use it. literally 0.5x0.5m. This is ridiculous and makes the overall experience not so pleasant. "
