"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

Llegue y no tenía agua después de llamar al propietario me respondió por wasa que tenía que buscar la llave de paso para abrirla. Nos dejo la llave en un bar y que se la dejara allí otra vez. "I spent a long stay here, and the hosts were really great (especially generous in accommodating me and extending my stay). The apartment has everything you need and a nice small balcony with a view of the park. It's located really close to a grocery store and bakery, and just a 10 min walk from all the great restaurants and walks in Bouzas. Highly recommended!"

"This place is a combination of a hostel and a hotel. Can’t rate the hostel even though I am sure that it is good. But the hotel - two penthouse suites - is a marvelous place.
