Beautiful Villa "Bentuestu" with Private Sea Access, Garden & Terraces

The wonderful Villa Gabriella is located in Villaggio Mandorli, Villasimius and enchants its guests with charming blue window shutters and its private access to the sea. The holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (see below for the distribution of sleeping arrangements), 2 bathrooms. The can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. A fireplace also belongs to the amenities. In the beautiful, 2000 m² outdoor area there are 2 outdoor showers (one with cold and one with hot water), sun loungers, a balcony, terraces and a lush, green garden. Stroll around the grounds to your private rocky sea access or prepare delicious meals in the stone oven and enjoy them on one of the terraces with sea views. If you are looking for a sandy beach, the beach Spiaggia di Campus is just a short walk away (240 m). Besides fine, white sand and crystal-clear water, you will also find a restaurant there. The nearest supermarket is 1.6 km from the villa.

Una splendida location sul mare
Casale molto particolare, esternamente e internamente molto originale e perfettamente aderente al luogo in cui si trova. Immerso nel verde ma affacciata sul mare, tranquilla e fornita di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e scrupoloso. Per noi è stata una scelta centralissima.
