Newly Renovated, Pet Friendly 3Br 1.5 Bath with New Artesian 6 person hot tub

This home in a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom beach house with new Artesian lounger hot tub, over sized outdoor shower, new granite topped gas fire-pit, 4 new Trex Adirondack chairs, 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs and 2 body boards. The property is completely fenced in. The house has a Charbroil 5 burner BBQ and seating for eight with dining and lounging area on the rear patio. This 2 story open plan house features 3 bedrooms. There's a BR with a full bed on the first floor along with a 1/2 bathroom. On the second floor there's a kid's BR with a bunk bed(twin over full), a Main bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a bath/shower combination in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bunk bed room features a full balcony with a two person seating set. There is front porch with 4 seats. The home sleeps 7 guests. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a Mr. Coffee coffee maker, Kuerig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, pot and pans, Farberware cutlery and service for up to 8 people. We supply all towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, etc. There are board games for the entire family. There is an adjustable 47" smart HD TV in the LR, and a 27" smart TV in the first floor BR and 27" smart TV the bunk bed room, all with Xfinity choice+ incl HBO. The house has 500 Mbps WiFi with capacity for 20 devices. At the end of the block there is a brand new park, playground, and sports complex, which is perfect for the kids as well as your dog guests. Enjoy the bay only a 2 min drive from the house for a taste of the Bay beach scene. The bay is a wonderful place for exploring and discovering, with a world of wildlife and marine life. You'll see plenty of horseshoe crabs, gulls, pipers, and if you're lucky you might even spot a pod of dolphins off the shore. Or visit the Cape May beaches with the 7 included beach passes. A tour through Cape May, encompasses world class restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, and other attractions. You can stay local, barbecue, relax in the hot tub, around the gas fire-pit or take the 10 minute walk to our beach to watch one of our infamous Delaware Bay sunsets. Travel 5 minutes south to North Cape May and visit the Cape May ferry terminal for a ferry ride or eat at one of the three restaurants with outdoor dining. While in North Cape May you can visit the Cape May winery, one of the area's finest. This is a dog friendly home. Be sure to visit the immense Wildwood dog park and the dog friendly beaches there as well. We accept up to 2 dog guests. We are located a 15 minute drive to downtown Cape May, and a 15 minute drive to the beaches and boardwalk in Wildwood. Don't forget to visit the Cape May Zoo, one of Trip advisors top US zoos with no admission fees.

Dog fee is $50 per dog/per stay up to a week.

Wonderful stay
We stayed at Bay Breeze for our girls weekend. We only stayed for 2 nights but we had such a great time! Vince and Haley were such great hosts, very responsive and friendly.The hot tub is such a great touch to the beautiful home. We would definitely love to stay again!

Great getaway!!
Stayed in this beaut for a girls weekend and we had an amazing time! Great location to easily walk to the beach, rode bikes provided by the host Vince around the neighborhood, hot tub and fire pit were awesome, and any questions we had during our stay Vince answered within MINUTES! Place was perfect for a girls getaway! Would absolutely book again!

Great Easter Getaway
Vince and Haley have a beautiful home close to the bay. EVERYTHING you need is already there for you! The house is close to the bay, Cape May beaches, breweries, and the boardwalk. We had a great little getaway!

This home was so nice! Rooms were spacious, in a quiet neighborhood about 4 blocks from the bay beach. We had a great time. Owners did a great job of equipping the home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great Location
Clean, inviting, easy to get settled in. Plenty of outside spots to hang out and no more than 20 minutes from any given activity in the greater Cape May area. Very quiet neighborhood and lots of good food close by. Great place for families, friends, or couples.

Beautiful beach house!
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house -- it was exactly as described on the site, well-stocked with all the linens/kitchenware/etc we needed, and had a lovely patio with a fire pit and hot tub that we enjoyed. Only a 15 minute drive from the Cape May beaches!

We chose this place for my husband's USCG graduation weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located near all the main tourist spots, the coast guard base, and more, it offered a clean house in a fantastic neighborhood. The outdoor space was ideal for unwinding with family at night. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend it, 10/10!

Perfect bay getaway
What a comfortable stay! Beautiful home, close to local park, and a few minutes driving to the bay. It was a perfect vacation! Vincent was so attentive and in close communication. Excellent Beach Getaway
This house was perfect for our beach getaway. The house was impeccably clean, nicely decorated, safe, secure, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. The location is perfect; close enough to the bay and downtown Cape May (packed with cafes, bars, and restaurants). My personal favorite spot in the area was the Cape May Winery. Vincent was an excellent host. Thanks for this cozy and comfortable stay.

Lovely house near the beach
I came for a birthday weekend with friends we wanted somewhere to relax and rest in between site-seeing and somewhere that would be between Wildwood and Cape May this fit the bill perfectly. There’s both a wawa and a local bar and grill in walking distance of the house which was convenient. The backyard was a nice place to unwind and the kitchen had many thoughtful extras.

The Perfect Weekend
The house was beautiful and well kept. Great location a short walk to the beach and lots of places to eat. It was in the perfect spot to use as a central hub for our weekend activities which included visiting the zoo and Wildwood boardwalk. After our day out we hung out in the backyard where there was a nice place to sit and eat. We spent time in the hottub and around the fire pit which was a perfect way to relax and unwind after a one day. We had a wonderful time and will definetly recommend staying here to our friends.

The property was as listed/photos show and a great size for our group of 5 adults and one infant. We liked walking down to the beach to see the sunset. We used one of the bikes (2 are for kids) and the hot tub. Vincent responded quickly to any questions and reached out with helpful information. It was about 20min to drive to Cape May Zoo or Cape May.

Relaxing Weekend
We have grown kids that we took with us. We had a great time. Place was clean. Owners very helpful. And convenient to go in to Cape May and sight see and also go to the lighthouse. Our daughter and her husband enjoyed taking the bikes for a short ride down the street to the bay for a morning run. I would go back again.

Great place. Everything is new. My wife, 2 daughters and I stayed for a week, we really loved the place. We spent most of the time in the town of Cape May, but it was nice to come home to this roomy, comfortable home. We didn’t t use the amenities much, but they worked great and were a nice addition. My only knock would be that it is an 18 min (8 mile) easy ride into town. If you are ok with that, this is a great place for you and your family to stay.

Great Stay!
This is a well stocked, nicely renovated, very cozy and comfortable vacation home. We enjoyed staying here. We went to the beach in Cape May, Cold Spring Brewery, Dinners in Cape May (Lazy Bones Backwater Grille - excellent) and at Jakes on Bayshore Rd. (also excellent) breakfast/brunch at Castaway Cafe on Bayshore Rd. (very good), We also went shopping at the Mall in Cape May and rented bikes and rode them on the paved railroad bike/walking/jogging trail. Very relaxing to hang out in the hot tub or enjoyed BBQ and eating in the lovely outback area. You do have to drive to attractions, but this is a great location to access beaches, Cape May Zoo, boardwalks and fine dinning. Hope to return.
