Our home is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature, and just 1 block to the bay beach! Connect with nature. You can be as active or relaxed as you like. Sun. Sand. Shells. Bikes. Birds. Bay Breezes. Kayaks. Kites. Picnics. If you can tear yourself away, You are close enough to enjoy the local attractions of Cape May and Wildwood. Most are less than 10 minutes away, but try to make it back in time for the most amazing sunsets! Take the chairs/kayaks to the beach and enjoy the show. If you have never vacationed on the Bay, don't rule it out. Cape May is famous for the most vibrant sunsets. (If you have, you know what we mean...)

Our guests will enjoy a clean, bright, comfortable house, freshly painted, with new furnishings. A little beachy, inspired by nature, with a bit of global influence.

The first floor has a living room, eat-in kitchen, laundry area, master bedroom (queen) & full bath, a second bedroom (queen) & another full bath.

The second floor can be used as one very large master suite, or as three separate sleeping areas (queen, 3 twins). Perfect for families traveling with children. There is also a third full bath upstairs.

Outside there is an over sized deck, and a fully fenced yard. Great for BBQ's and lawn games. The gated front porch is also a nice place to relax.

Our home and the bay are pet-friendly. Up to two well-behaved dogs can stay. A pet deposit is required. You can walk your dog on a leash on the bay beaches all year round.

Kayaks & vests are available for use, as well as bikes & beach chairs. And we recommend that you use all of them. Fun!

There is no smoking inside the house, please. But dancing is encouraged!

We ask that you treat our home, our neighbors, the beach & other natural surrounding areas with respect.

Family Vacation
Loved the property. The fenced in yard was perfect for us and our dog. The property is very well kept, clean and roomy. The fact that linens are provided made our travel so, so much easier. There is so much to do in the area, we barely got to use the kayaks.

Quiet location. Friendly neighbors. Quick access to bay and ocean beaches. Adequate space. Upgrade thermostat to adjust for 1st floor and second floor HVAC.

Great Home with Kids
Very comfy home--big living room to gather in. Easy walk to beach and drive to downtown and other spots. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved upstairs being able to be its "own space". Backyard fence not secure for dogs ( mine escaped multiple times) but owner said they are replacing it. Washing our own sheets/towels added several hours on to our check out time. Great stay overall!

Perfect for Sports Enthusiasts/Relaxing Getaway
This house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has such positive aura and welcoming/warm decor that we all feel relaxed the moment we walked in. It's equipped with all the essentials and very clean. The owners are friendly, flexible and answered all our questions. After racing in a triathlon event, the house was perfect to just relax, listen to music and build memories amongst friends! It was convenient having a bbq gas grill to cook specific food, we enjoyed the firepit and used the kayaks to witness the amazing sunsets! We plan on coming back next year and hope to make it an annual (reunion) event and stay a little longer.

Perfect place for a family vacation
Maria’s house is very big and super cozy for a big family. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with children. Maria was very responsive for any request or question. One thing that could be improved are the rules for check out. It is difficult and stressful to manage the check out time while is required to wash all the dishes, bed sheets and towels before leaving. I would rather pay a small fee to not do it. Anyway Maria tried to accommodate a little bit our check out time to meet our needs. Very recommended place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood near the beach.
This house worked perfectly for a family gathering of three generations including 6 adults and one infant. The three queen size beds and 3 baths meant everyone was comfortable. We loved the deck and easy walk to the beach. There are so many extras provided with this house from games (board and outdoor) to kayaks and paddleboards to make your stay fun and convenient. The kitchen is well supplied for home cookingas well. The hosts offered a late departure as there were no guests arriving immediately after us. At check-out I am happy to strip beds and get a load of wash going, but I felt it a bit much to expect guests to either bring all their own linens or to wash, dry and put away all provided linens. If you wanted to squeeze in one more morning activity or had an early morning departure it would be difficult to get all of this done before leaving (especially if you had a large group). In every other way the house and quiet location worked well for us and we would recommend it to other families.

Best dog/beach vacation!
The house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed: for 3 adults and 2 dogs. 3 bathrooms was a plus. The beach is very close, great for long walks with the pups. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and upscale. The large deck overlooking the yard was very comfortable. Just what we wanted! Maria was anlways available and helpful. Planning our next trip now, and this is the place to stay!!

Very spacious home
The home is very spacious with very clean and updated bathrooms. It was decorated adorably as well. Loved that it was so close to the bay for family and dog walks. Great place to watch the sunset. The yard and deck could use some work and it was quite buggy.

Beautifully decorated and relaxing retreat!
This house is sooooooo adorable. The pictures do not show the creativity and detail that was put into the decorating of this eclectic home. Each room has the most special touches that make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. Knives that worked and linens that were in great shape. The games and reading material could keep you in that house for weeks on end. In fact, we hardly left the house as it was a very hot week. We enjoyed the deck immensely as there was plenty of room for everyone. We had 4 adults and 2 children. We made s'mores at the firepit. The buggies were a little heavy but we survived with repellant. The grill is fantastic. Quick and easy cooking and clean up. We did go to dinner at the Castaway Cafe and it was delicious. Large portions were given... enough for lunch the next day. Ohhhhhh.... the sunsets were amazing. Just a short walk to get there. Lots of pretty shells on the beach to collect as well. All in all we had a great week at this "little piece of heaven. "

Loved our stay!
We just spent a full week at Maria's property and had an amazing time! It's the perfect house for a family, especially with young kids. The house is equipped with so many books, board games, puzzles, arts & craft kits, etc...My 2 young kids were entertained every time we were at the house. The location is also great - 2 blocks away from the beach, and within easy driving distance (10-20) to any of the Cape May attractions. I loved that we were outside of the hustle & bustle of downtown Cape May and Wildwood. Communication with Maria was also quick and seamless. She responded to all of my questions promptly and was very helpful. If you're into biking or kayaking, there are 2 kayaks, 2 stand-up paddleboards, and bikes at the house. Also lots of beach chairs and wagons. All in all, we all loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous property , perfect location
We had such a nice time at this property !! We brought our dog and really appreciated the fenced in back yard for her and our children . We felt very comfortable in this house and loved the short walk to the bay . Those sunsets were amazing !!! We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future . Thank you again !!!
