"This hotel is an ideal one for anyone travelling and needs a stopover. The room was cosy and clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a bar/ cafe on site which is great and stays open until 23:00. We had breakfast and dinner and a few drinks and it was great. I didn't notice an English menu but it was not a problem. "First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "
