"Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas."

"The thermal pool naturally heated by geothermal activity that they had right on the small river flowing through the property was simply unique. It was so tranquil just to watch the river flow by & watch all the wildlife there, especially birds hunting fish. Since it was accessible 24/7, you could sit in the pool at night & stargaze with no lights to limit your view."

"Wonderful B&B experience. Very comfortable upstairs queen bedroom with an armchair sitting area, private bath and volcano views (at least there would’ve been if it wasn’t cloudy/rainy out). The breakfast spread was delicious, with added touches like fresh juice blends, homemade pastries and honey from beehives on the property that made it feel extra-special. "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel."

"This property is clean, beautiful and good at the restaurant is really good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Don Edgardo. Orbitz messed up my reservation and didn't want to fix it. I reached out to the property and spoke to Don Edgardo and he was able to fix the problem. "
