Apartment of 100 m2 on the 1st floor of a chalet located in the immediate vicinity of the village center: sports complex (swimming pool, skating rink, bowling alley at 200 m), departure of the shuttles to the ski resort of Villard de Lans and bus station at 100 m .
A small supermarket at 20 m ... and all the life of the village, its events, its cultural activities, its shopping at 5 minutes on foot!

Family Plus Label

The renovation of the apartment has been done with care, in a cozy mountain spirit, with beautiful materials and a refined mountain decoration. The appliances are top of the range and the wifi connects the whole apartment!

The apartment opens onto an entrance leading to a first bedroom with double bed and further, a large living room (with TV connected to the Internet Box for many channels) with dining room, and direct access to the terrace and full balcony South.

The kitchen adjoining the dining room was completely redone in autumn 2013 with all the equipment necessary for a good stay and high-end comfort (LV, combined oven with fan and microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine , robot, raclette machine 10 people, electric kettle, toaster ...).

Further in the apartment, 2 additional bedrooms, one with a 160x200 double bed, the other for children with 2 sets of bunk beds, and access to a 1st bathroom with wc. Turning around the kitchen, another bedroom with a view of the Cornafion with a 140x200 bed

On the other side of the entrance, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a view of the Arêtes du Gerbier. On this side of the apartment, a recess accommodates an independent WC, a washer-dryer machine from Miele. Access to the 2nd bathroom is through this space.

The individual heating is electric but with good old cast iron radiators which radiate very strongly!

At the back of the house, access to the garden allows the use in winter of a great toboggan run for children!

Amazing interior design, great yard, ideally located
We (a family of four) stayed in the downstair appartement. It was perfect, plenty of space. The interior design is sharp, with a distinct modern flair. Our kids enjoyed the outside trampoline, a wonderful climbing tree. The house is ideally located, 5 mins walk to Valentin's bakery (for bread), Alex (patisserie and amazing ice cream). Vercors is a gorgeous at any time of the year with plenty to do (hiking, biking, rock climbing). Our trip was unusual, booked at the last minute to visit a sick family member. The owners were very accommodating for our last minute renting. The manager was extra nice and helpful. We give our highest recommendation. Thank you for everything. PS the appartement is perfect for 2 family of four.

Excellentes vacances en mode test de nos appartements avec des amis et leurs enfants. Quelques petits ajustages mais l'ensemble est vraiment super ! Les activités proposées à Villard De Lans sont toujours aussi nombreuses et agréables. Nous n'avons pas touché la voiture de la semaine, ce qui était un objectif.

Encore un super week end entre amis ! A refaire ! Tout était parfait, prestations, emplacement, accueil, ... Nous avons été très bien reçu, et nous avons même eu une petite surprise de bienvenue Appartement propre et décoration soignée, le chalet est très agréable, chaleureux et lumineux. La grande terrasse permet de prendre le café ou l'apéro au soleil, mais aussi de faire des barbecues Villard est une super destination entre amis ou en famille, et tout est possible à pied depuis le chalet. Boulangerie, bars, supérette, restaurants, boutiques, patinoire, bowling, piscine, casino ... départ des navettes pour la station de ski l'hiver. parking facile Je recommande sans hésitation le chalet de la ruche à quiconque voudrait passer un bon moment dans le Vercors.

Formidable appartement. Tout a été prévu, comme à la maison ! Bravo pour la déco et le confort ! Nous étions 3 couples et 4 enfants. Chalet très bien équipé (même rehausseur, transat de bain et lit parapluie pour les plus jeunes, coffre à jouet dans la chambre des enfants qui est spacieuse!). Décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Emplacement idéal puisque très proche du centre village, du centre aquatique et des navettes pour côte 2000. Nous avons juste eu là malchance d'avoir un week-end sans neige et très pluvieux! À recommander

Location agréable et aménagée avec gout.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location très bien située. L'organisation des chambres et l'aménagement de l'ensemble correspondait exactement à ce que nous souhaitions. La proximité des navettes pour se rendre sur les pistes, de la piscine, de la patinoire et de la salle de trampoline, nous a permis de varier les activités des enfants. Le centre ville, le marché et les commerces très proches sont aussi appréciables. Malgré le peu de neige cette semaine là nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
