60m2 apartment on the ground floor with open views of the surrounding mountains. Located 5 minutes from the ski slopes, 5 minutes by car from the alpine ski area. This haven of peace "vertaco" is ideal for a weekend or a week of serenity "sport" or "family".

LOCATION
VILLARD DE LANS is located 30 km from Grenoble (TGV station) and 130 km from Lyon (International Airport 100km)

This apartment on the ground floor of a chalet in madrier enjoys an exceptional mid-mountain location at 1100 m altitude and 1km from the heart of the village. Quiet and close, these are his assets!

1- a room with double bed 140x200
2- a room with 2 bunk beds 90x190
(+ possibility of adding a 3rd mattress in 90x190)
3- finally a room with
- trundle bed 90x190 (convertible 180x190 sleeping)

In the living room / kitchen, sofa bed if needed (extra bed 109x210)

Two of the bedrooms and the living room / kitchen are equipped with large French doors allowing direct access to the garden.

The departure of the slopes is at Côte 2000, connected by a shuttle to the village.

Juste parfait
Un séjour exceptionnel ! Le chalet est magnifique, très propre, chaud, bien équipé, magnifique vue et très bien placée ! Franchement rien à redire.
