"Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full. Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from not being open for long. "

"From the planning stage to check in Joaquin and Daniel were very helpful. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. We had a group of 18 and had lots of space. Villa is beautiful with modern bathrooms and a nicely decorated interior. All the bedrooms and the living room were air conditioned. Once inside the gate, the outdoor areas are very private."

"We stayed at this property for a sunny week in July 2024. Communication before visit and arrival was good. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Clean and roomy. Good design to keep cool inside the house. Lovely big kitchen. Space to sit and eat as a family in kitchen, in living room and in the garden. Comfy beds. The windows all have insect guards in which were fab to keep the windows open and the bugs out. The garden is absolutely beautiful - full of palms, cycads and cactus. Sun loungers, outdoor sofas and a hammock to use. A few mosquitoes- my husband and kids were not bothered but if you are one of those people who seem to attract mosquitoes (like me) then use some repellent. Having a private pool was an absolute treat. It’s a decent size and depth and we used it every day. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars for everything is that it said in property description that there was a hot tub but there wasn’t one. Otherwise, everything as described and good quality / clean. We hired a car so we could pop in and out of Valencia - fab big indoor market and the Oceanagraphic / City of sciences and arts area is not to be missed. We also had a sunset boat ride on the Albufera freshwater lake, which was lovely. There’s a supermarket Mercadona not far away which is well stocked"

"Great large pool that teenagers really enjoyed, relaxing area beside pool for sunbathing, the porch was a comfortable and shaded area which we could relax on during the day and evening. There was dining space out the back perfect for our large group. Carlos was helpful with any issues we had. The power however did cut out quite a lot even when all appliances were off. The air conditioningunit did not work well on the last two nights which meant the room was very hot and was hard to sleep. Overall we had a great holiday at this lovely villka and outdoor soace made up firvany other smaller issues we had. were off. The air conditioning unit"

"We found this property to be even more charming than the pictures and description. We loved every thoughtful detail. Paul and Gema are amazing and accommodating. Always ready to help. We loved this home so much! We now have treasured memories here for which we will always be grateful. It was even difficult to get our kids to leave to go sightseeing! We didn’t mind the walk to La Canyada. It was pleasant. Loved the Pueblo as well. Highly recommend."
