Torrejon Antequera - La Higuera by Ruralidays

This villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation that provides exceptional tranquillity. At 5 minutes distance, there is the small village of Pedania de La Higuera. The house offers a great view over the mountains of El Torcal de Antequera, a well-known nature reserve in Andalusia.

This rustic holiday home is provided with three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower, in addition to a living room with fireplace and a completely equipped open kitchen. The house is also equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, heating through electric radiators, a baby bed, and antenna television.

Andalusian summer can be extremely hot, but lucky enough the house is provided with a swimming pool with sun loungers, where you can cool yourself off, a porch and a typical Andalusian-styled covered barbecue.

The house has well water, which is not drinkable.

Das Haus liegt traumhaft und ist ohne Nachbarschaft uneinsehbar mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, jedoch mit spanischem Touch. Nicht stören sollte man sich an Kleinigkeiten, dass die Außenanlage nicht überall im Wasser ist. Wichtige Dinge wie Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, etc. sind mit Ausnahme der Betten top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war ein supererholsamer Urlaub. In der Unterkunft ist man genau richtig, wenn man einfach nur Ruhe und Entspannung möchte. Man ist wirklich mitten auf einem Berg und drumherum nur Berge, Grün und ein Bauer der seine Schaafe von Weide zu Weide treibt. Man benötigt unbedingt einen Mietwagen um dort hinzukommen und einkaufen zu gehen. Der nächste Lebensmittelmarkt ist ca. 7 Minuten im nächsten Ort mit dem Auto entfernt. Der heißt DIA, hier kann man günstig einkaufen und die Leute sind sehr nett. Bis auf einen defekten Sonnenschirm war die Unterkunft im guten und gepflegten Zustand. Den Schirm haben wir sogar notdürftig repariert, sodass beide zur Verfügung standen. Ein fester geflochtener Sonnenschirm fehlte komplett und die Ventilatoren haben wir nicht gefunden. Der Pool, das Grundstück und das Haus hatten eine perfekte Größe für uns. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Würde diese Unterkunft für einen Entspannungsurlaub guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Dieses Haus ist ein richtiges Kleinod, wenn man es im Urlaub ruhig und absolut stressfrei mag. Wir haben uns (5 Erwachsene) sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ermöglicht den Besuch verschiedener Orte in gut machbaren Distanzen. Leider spricht der Vermieter kein Englisch, was aber durch die immense Freundlichkeit wett gemacht wird.

Nous étions dans la maison en famille avec des enfants en bas âges. Nous recherchions la tranquillité, la nature et des beaux paysages et c'est ce qu'on a trouvé. Il y a un petit village à 5 minutes en voiture pour le pain ou les petits besoins sinon il y a la ville d'Antequera à 30 minutes. Nous avons visité la réserve naturelle d'El Torcal à 30 minutes aussi. Pour le reste c'était la farniente autour de la piscine. Le propriétaire José ne parle pas du tout français mais est très gentil et serviable. Vacances au top, toute la famille a adoré !

100% privacy, prachtig uitzicht, compleet huis. Houd er rekening mee dat het huis niet geisoleerd is en het in de avond flink af koelt omdat je in de bergen zit. Wij zaten er in mei en dan moet je in de avond de open haard aan om het warm te krijgen. Ga naar El torcal om te wandelen, dit ligt op 1600 meter, dus ik zou ook een vest mee nemen. Eigenaar spreekt geen woord Engels en het gastenboek met informatie is ook in het spaans, maar met google translate kom je er wel uit. De plek is prachtig en het huis is schoon. Supermarkt is in Villanueva de la conception. Voor een grote supermarkt moet je naar Antequera. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
