"Gabriela was so helpful at the property and even came to park in the reserved parking lot. The suites are in a perfect location on the edge of the old town so easy to drive into. Would be good to allow for a slightly later check out as 10 pm is quite early but they were accommodating to leave a bit later. Also loved the bathroom but just missing a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Other than that - wonderful stay. Would recommend! "

"Excellent position and friendly host. Every need was catered for. Advice on eating and drinking. The room was well located at the heart of old town and was beautifully maintained and decorated. It made our two night stay delightful. Always difficult to find parking when you stay in old town but our host gave us good advice and we found a spot not on far away. High recommended. One of the highlights of our trip"

"This house was beautiful and had a trullo roof at the back. Rooms were big, kitchen facilities were good, close to the centre (although house is up a hill), and overall a really lovely place to stay. I would recommend. We were disappointed that the host sent several WhatsApp messages after our stay to say that we had taken a towel and would have to pay extra. I would highly recommend you try it especially on a Sunday. The food was really good! Everyone was nice and would give a shoutout to Patricia the manager who was very accommodating and very helpful. The best hotel in Puglia

"This was my first stay in Monopoli. I have no complaints. Palazzo Indelli is gorgeous, the food amazing, the service insuperable. Marilenia, (sorry if I’m writing your name incorrectly), was so sweet and amazing as well as the two gentlemen who also took care of us in concierge. All of them were so polite, professional and helpful. The two ladies at breakfast were so sweet! I am looking forward to visit Palazzo Indelli next summer with the rest of the family. If you need a taxi, please tell concierge to call Sergio, best driver! Speaks great English and is so polite and professional. Monopoli is a quaint little town with cobblestone streets, beautiful and sweet people. One train stop from Palignano a Mare. Another beautiful And small town. My experience at Palazzo Indelli was superb. Thank you so much! "

From the amazingly appointed and clean rooms to the wonderful and kind and professional staff this hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location could not have been better.
