"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future. "Villa looked exactly like the photos. The kitchen is modern with an induction stove and every mod con. Tv has access to Netflix, Disney etc. There is a PS5 to keep the children happy. On the whole a nice villa to stay in. A bit remote in October has not much is open in this area, though in summer it'll be fine."

"Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers...

"Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."

"Samen met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben wij een week gebruik gemaakt van deze vakantiewoning. Het was een super verblijf. Een hartelijk ontvangst is het eerste wat je ervaart. De woning is fantastisch voor volwassenen én kinderen. Er is rust, veel ruimte en een prachtige natuur. Wanneer het je interesseert kan de eigenaar je enthousiast uitleg geven over de natuur. De lokatie is fantastisch. De airport en de stad Cagliari is ongeveer 40 min. rijden, een bakker binnen 5 min., een grote...

"Lovely little cottage with gorgeous garden set in quiet countryside. Good communication with Francesco who dealt with issues rapidly. Extra charges for things like sheets were unusual for us, but maybe that's what happens in Sardinia. You'll need a car to get around this amazing island. We'd definitely come back to this lovely, peaceful property."

"La casa è spaziosa ed immersa nella natura. Pulita, funzionale e dotata di ogni comfort. Unico appunto la strada di accesso avrebbe bisogno di un po’ più di cura ma capisco che non dipende dalla proprietà, deve essere fantastica per un gruppo di amici in estate, noi ce la siamo goduta poco ma è stato un vero piacere trascorrere del tempo qui. La proprietà è gentilissima e molto disponibile "
